Ever heard of Talk Is Cheap, ProTERM, or Spectrum? Any of the three can be
programmeded to do its thing at some time you specify via script.

I also use ProSel-16, and I set up a shell command script to schedule as
many automated sessions as I feel necessary while I'm at work - including
one that will automatically call me there and allow me to log onto my own
computer at home and pick up my email, change the schedule at will, or
shut things down.
