There are a variety of solutions to your problem. Among them:

(1) get your hands on a IIgs and copy the files to a 3.5" drive.
    The Mac will then be able to read them.

(2) use a null modem and communication software on each end.

(3) use a Mac LC equiped with the IIe emulator card and 5.25"
    external floppy drive.
