I tried it years ago when a friend of mine bought powerkey for his mac, 
and it worked fine.  Obviously, shutdown doesn't work since that is 
software based triggering, but startup worked fine.  Would it be possible 
to write an INIT to trigger the shutdown upon selecting it?
