That's because BASIC's BSAVE will not create a new file if you use the T
parameter. You need to do CREATE BOOT6.SYSTEM,TSYS then do BSAVE like you
said.
BTW, the easiest way to boot from floppies is to put your hard disk card in
slot 7 and set the startup slot to scan, then turn off the hard disk when
you want to boot from a floppy. No homemade SYS files or resetting involved.
