I haven't seen any replies to your question so perhaps the following will
help:
-> 1. any Tech info. Specifically, what the heck are the 2 RCA jacks for
-> on the card? Are they some sort of audio jacks?
The two RCA jacks are used for sending and receiving an FSK sync signal to
one track of a multi-track recorder. That way you could sync more midi
tracks to your recorded audio.
-> 2. Any software drivers for it. I am using Sys 6.0.1 right now, which
-> works for GS.OS, but I'm hoping there is some way to play with the
-> thing from the IIe side, as I may sell it to my mom in the future.
The only software I ever used with it on the IIe side was the Passport
stuff (definitely user un-friendly) and a small dump utility that an A2
friend of mine created.
This card has three DIN-5 connectors: one each for midi IN, midi OUT and a
third for sync to a SYNC-24 device such as drum machines or the Alpha
Syntauri, stuff like that.
The card also works really well with DiversiTune.
