SetStart problems

I want to use the SetStart control panel to automatically
launch Hypercard IIgs. I selected HCGS under SetStart but
my GS still boots into the Finder! Any ideas?

(I'm doing this to use the HCGS stack NoWorries which is a
At Ease type launcher. My kids are getting old enough to
mess things up on the hard drive while they hunt for the
games folder! :-) )
