Sure there are at least two offline readers for the Apple II that I am aware of: for the IIgs try TMQWK.0.6 ( I don't know where I got it) and for the IIe, //c try 2qwk! v1.24 (available on FTP sites, this one is called IIQWK1.24, I think). Enjoy. Myles Apple II Forever!
