Try FTPing to ftp.apple.com.  you may have to dig around a bit, but as I 
recall, somewhere in there is the Binscii program your looking for.  It will
un-Scii itself by EXEC-ing it from DOS.  You may need Shrinkit to expand it,
tho... I can't remember.   If you want a program for the //gs, there is one
called Gscii+.  Can't remember where that one came from.  You will need
Binscii and Shrinkit-GS to use this one, as I recall.
