	The ALF and Phasor were sound enhancement boards for the 8-bit Apple II
computer, just like the Mockingboard. Both used the General Instrument chip-set
to produce synthesized waveforms (music) and sound-effects, usually much more 
pleasing to listen to than the common "beeps" and "blips" from the internal 
speaker of the Apple II. :)
