Help with proterm 3.1 zoom v.32 trubo modem!!!!

I have three questions for someone using proterm with a Zoom v.32 Turbo
Modem.
 
1.)  What are the proper SSC Dip Setting to use with the modem and
     an enhanced IIe?
 
2.)  What is the proper driver to select under Proterm 3.1?  Under
     PT 3.0 I was able to select a driver for the zoom 9600 turbo.
     This driver is not available under 3.1.  Using a PT update I
     was able to add this to my old version of 3.0.  I added the
     driver to pt3.1 's directory and it did not add it to the list.
 
3.)  Where can I get a hardware handshaking cable for my IIe?  I need
     a configuration with DB-25 on both ends or some type of conversion.
 
 
Any help anyone can offer on these three would be greatly appreciated!
