According to the box mine came in it does... But there were two versions. 
The older version looked like a II+ 80-col card (in size, at least). The 
docs with it definitely list the Unidisk 3.5 along with Chinon, Laser and 
Mac 800K drives as well as Mac 400K drives. I have tried most (except got 
the Laser and Chinon - my check out that Haba 3,5 as well). 
The newer version's docs don't mention the Unidisk 3.5 specifically. But 
they do list "Apple 3.5 daist-chain drive" as being included in the 
drives supported. With that sort of language your guess is as good as 
mine...
The later card is much smaller than the earlier one; it contains much 
denser technology.
