The problem with nail polish is .. it tends to be permanent.

I can't remember the name of the stuff I used for the Focus drives,
but it is basically the same stuff on there now. Sorta like Loc-Tite
only cheaper, and it flicks right off if you need to move it.

But for even more fun .. I never over the years ever put back anything
on Disk ]['s or similar. Never had it come back and get me either. If
that pot moves that easy, there's some external force thats going to
move it anyway, or it's bad.

If it's bad, it wouldn't get past me.

Came in a tube, aircraft people use it too, to detect movement of hose
fittings by drawing a line across them. Same brand, too. Was about
$2.00 a tube.
