I'm new to newsgroups, so pardon my ignorance when I ask: where the hell can I get a copy of a binscii decoder??? What's the FTP site, or a BBS within the L.A. County area that might have it? Somebody talk to me! (And if someone puts a copy of it HERE in binscii format, you should be shot! :))
