Help with AppleWorks

         I am hoping you Apple mavins can help me .. 

         We do most of the computing where I work on Apple ][gs
         machines, loading Appleworks v3.0 and something called
         "Total Control" .. 

         Quite often, the files we use work with something called
         GLOSSARIES, but I haven't a clue as to how to create one
         for a DataBase I am building .. 

         The "Head Apple Maven" where I work is not always available
         to consult, so I thought I'd come to the net for some tips.

         Anybody have any idea how to create a glossary for a
         database?  Any helpful files on the Net on AppleWorks ??
