Do you mean that just the year is incorrect, such as it's telling you that
the current year is 1989?  If that's the problem, your batteries aren't at
fault; your version of ProDOS 8 is.  You'll need to get version the
latest, 2.0.3, which contains an updated lookup table for the years.
