Don't leave out AppleWorks 5 or Contacts GS / ContactsMover.

Written by Burger Bill Heineman, Contacts GS is an NDA name and
address data base program and telephone dialer.

Written by Will Nelken (Associate Editor of TimeOut-Central), TimeOut
ContactsMover transfers data back and forth between Contacts and AW
Classic. Although that might not sound that slick, it allows folks to
enter and retrive data into an AppleWorks database from any GS/OS
program.
