This sounds like exactly what I want. Anyone know where I can find
it?

I have a Videx board installed on my system. Does this support the lower
case set? I was wondering about it, too - On my IIe I just do PR#3
to bring up 80 column mode. On the II+ how is it done? PR#3 just
seems to hang the system. I have my video jack hooked up to the
standard port - so I guess I need to hook it up to the Videx card.
But which port (there are two) and how should the switch be set? None
of the combinations seem to work.

I ran it and it with nothing pressed it rapidly switched between
"SHIFT" and "UNSHIFT" and when I pushed shift it said "UNSHIFT". :)
It seems that the shift key is wired up somehow, but something went
awry!
