Looking for fast color ANSI

AGATE uses different fonts to emulate ANSI.  It is not a color program,
but uses the DHR screen.  The fastest I have been able to use it without
losing characters on an unaccelerated Apple II is at 4800 bps.

The ANSITerm 2.0 Demo will give you color ANSI emulation at 14.4 kbps.
No characters will be lost, but you won't see the data as quickly as you
would with a text-based program like ProTERM.
