Well as far as working, I'd try to find out before I bought one. I'd see if I
could locate a handy Mac owner with one of the drives who would let you try it
out. As far as doing any good, I think you might have a drive which could 
transfer faster than your machine can handle data, which means you'll be 
getting nothing for your trouble. I know when I'm no longer using my CD150
on my Mac, it'll go on the IIgs and stay there.
