Shrink It 3.3 ??

 RobertF made the whip sing this tune to me:

 RF|   I have a file, "Shrink3.3.exe", and I can not run it. I have
   | looked at it with ANGLE, but Shrinkit, BLU, and ANGLE will do
   | nothing with the file. The file shows as a BIN, but that does not
   | work.

Honestly, you should be looking for ShrinkIt 3.4 so you can unshrink
everything compressed after 1991...  :)
