	No I haven't.  What would I do?  Unless I were to threaten
legal action (which like I said before, I don't know if that is
possible)  I find it _VERY_ unlikely that they would remaster a CD-ROM
just to remove a few files.  Mastering CD-ROM's generally isn't all
that cheap.
	I don't want to get involved in legal action anyway.

	My main point was to bring this to the attention of other
people so that when people make CD-ROM's in the future they will think
about this before instead of after the fact.
