German CD-ROM (Was: Re: Addressing home-made adapter cards)

	Yeah, the German UG CD-ROM also apparently doesn't care much
about what restrictions apply to things they put on their CD-ROM.  IE
two of my programs are listed in the catalog of the CD-ROM despite
saying in the documentation that they are not to be distributed for
more then a $5 disk copying fee.  And I really doubt they're selling
those CD-ROM's for $5.
