Both, I'm sure.  The main reason it was held up until mid-November was an 
in-house problem with the manual.  (I wanted to proof Doug Cuff's copy, 
which he turned in on time with a Herculean effort, and then our art 
department had to lay it out.  Coincidentally, both I and the art 
department were busy on another project for a while.)   But it's in 
the printer's hands now, and will be ready at the end of November.

Just a few more days.

Last I heard they were going to dupe the disks over the weekend; however, 
I was out of town and I'm not sure if that's done or not.
