I'm sure their are a lot of Vulcan owners that would love to get rid of 
their good ol' p/s on the net for cheap, even I have one, but it don't 
work.  :(    If not then Quality has them for like $80 U.S. est.
You can't open it?? aHae you tried unplugging the p/s and taking it out 
of the motherboard?
There are screws all around the case.
