Another strange i/o card...

I recently ran across a load of strange cards.

I have no idea what thier purpose is, and have no software to driver them.

the product code on it says "CME-RS422/CL-6/83"
it has two (2) DB 9 connectors (one male, one female), an RCA jack, an 
F-Type connector, and an 8pin dipswitch bank. No roms, two (2) 6551's  it also 
seems that it would plug into the video pin on the II+ or IIe...

Any thoughts?  the person I recived them from siad it was a type old 
apple II network card... I have no other information.

it's from 1983, I have about 150 of them, and would like to know what 
they are before I strip whats usefull and toss them.
