Remove the chips from the third and fourth banks and reconfigure the card 
as a 512K. If that works, then swap the removed chips into the first two 
banks eight at a time until you get a failure. If the card won't run as a 
512K, remove the second bank of chips and try it as a 256K. 
When you have a failing configuration simply replace half the chips at a 
time (IE 8, the 4, then 2) until you identify the dud. When the card 
doesn't fail the dud is in the last group removed.
