Help with a Video 7 card

I recently got a Video 7 card for free from a friend/user of mine.  I
don't know anything about this card, but I suspect it's an RGB card.  It
has a cable for a port with a DB-15 connector.  Also, it had two leads
like you use to test electronic circuitry coming off of a little 2 pin
connector on the card.  One was attached to a resistor near slot 7 and
the other was disconnected.  This was in the machine it was in.  If
anyone can help me with this - please do!  I'd really like to find a
cable to hook up to my RGB monitor if that's what it is, too..
