Well, it was mdavis@pro-sol.cts.com, but I don't think anyone has
received a response from that account in over a month.  I finally sent a
message to mdavis@crash.cts.com, which drew a quick response, but I
don't think Morgan likes to have MDG mail sent there.  (I was ordering a
product, so I imagine he was a little more forgiving in my case.)
