why boher with teh Mac?  Format it on the GS - you have your choice of ProDOS
(32MB partitions) and HFS - theoretically something like 4Gig partitions.
So - that puts paid to the size discussion.

The Ramfast is the card of choice, but the Apple Hi Speed will work just
fine (it's a little slower, but cheaper)

I THINK the latest version of ProDOS allows you to access something like
12 ProDOS partitions/volumes, and I DON'T think the RamFAST improves
on this, though I could be wrong.
