The best GIF > APF converter; with the finest quality is with out a
doubt Image Quant (recently released 0.3b) by Tim Meekins. See it
for your self. It isn't the fastest, and if it needs to use
virtual memroy, it can be really slow. But still, the results are
well worth the wait. However, it still doesn't have a save funtion
yet. I guess because there's a chance it might go commercial?

Prism is fairly good... and reasonably fast. And is best converter
available now commerically.

BTW, if you guys are interested at all about Formula 1 or motor racing,
check out Shinya's 1991 F1 stack. It is very well done, and has good
greyscale scans. It also have great graphics done by Shinya himself.

I promised Shinya I would do a full review, and post to c.s.a2, but
I just can't seem to find the time (yeah right) to fullfil my promise.
So, I would like to take this opportunity to tell people about it...
