I use the standard Apple File Exchange program that comes with every Mac
I think.  That gets it into Mac's disk format then I use MicroSoft
Works 3.0.  It's pricey if you don't already own it but if you have
access to it, it's really nice because it can read and save in almost
every major format, including AW2 & AW3 & IBM.
The conversion only has to be done once of course, unless you want to
hop back & forth in which case you will probably have to spend some
money.
