hehehe... mine was in the car when I hit a big scoop in the road and it 
did about 4 flips, slamming against the top and floor of my car and then
back onto the seat... it only got one bad block, but that's pretty good
for the type of shock it went through hehehehe

Welp, good think yours is working, so is mine, but I have it disconnected,
since it started acting up... It was weird: if I was having problems, all
I had to do was optimize the drive and it would start working again, hehe :)

Oh well, the vulcan is a great product, albeit expensive :)  

But it was a bargain for internal, which is what I wanted, when I bought
it back in 90.  I even upped it to the gold edition, but that didn't make
any huge difference in performance.  Then I got a RAMFast and used SCSI
drives and the vulcan can't compare, but still, it's a nice piece of work :)
