Hmmm, the if the DB-9 is built-in to the bottom of the back plane
it's the joystick port (which also serves as a handy dandy 8 bit
ADC). To get the big picture on the IIe I'd make a trip to my local
public library and check out a copy of the McGraw-Hill Apple II
Users Guide.

Heh, heh, I use one of dinosaurs to keep track where the space shutle
is real-time. The past two evenings it hit overflights right on the
nose. My kids had a blast watching it fly over.
