Yes, it is called IR, it's at version 2.01, and is available on all Apple II
FTP sites, GEnie, AOL (if you can get on), and many other places.  It doesn't
just let you load NDAs on the fly, you can also just double click on CDEVs,
INITs, CDAs, and more!  It also has a plethora of options, and is free :)

Look for it on grind.isca.uiowa.edu and cco.caltech.edu via FTP.  It is also on
GEnie, search under IR.  It requires System 6.0 or higher, and doesn't take up
that much room on your disk.
