Franklin Monitor on IIgs

I have been asked if there is any way to use an old Franklin
monitor off an early Apple-2-compatible Franklin computer (sorry,
I was asked on the phone by a third party, don't have the model
number) as a substitute for an Apple IIgs monitor. The Franklin
monitor has a 9-pin plug, and I have no clue what signals are on
what wire.
 
Is there a way to convert this beast? Or is the owner going to have
to bite the bullet and buy a new logic board to repair the RGB
monitor (the reason for the question)?
 
If anybody has any ideas on this subject, I will be very grateful.
