RamFast troubles...

Help!
 
I've just run my GS through an extensive memory check (using Harold Hislop's
BitBanger program), and when I tried to reboot (entire system, hard drive and
CD-ROM were powered down), I got a:
 
RAMFAST-SCSI FATAL MEMORY FAULT CODE =09        error message, though once
 
the code number was 01.
 
Repeating the process of powering down and starting up again gets the same
message... B-{(   Is my card fried?
 
My system consists of:
 
Woz Limited Edition
5 megs memory (CV-Tech pocket card w/Apple 1 meg card in pocket)
RamFast Rev. C w/3.01e
Transwarp GS 7 mz 8k
APS 540 MEG HD
Apple SC CDROM
