Any Laser printer with a serial port should hook up just fine to a IIc.
The problem is going to be drivers.  My guess is that you would have to
end up printing out almost everything you do in ImageWriter emulation, if
your printer supports that.  I think your best bet is to look for an old
LaserWriter, LW+, or LW IINT.  At least with that you could do nice DTP
with PublishIt!4.  PI4 doesn't support the newer LaserWriters,
unfortunately.  Oh, you might be able to find HP LaserJet drivers for
AppleWorks.  Seems to me I've heard of them being around someplace.

Others may have more ideas, but that's all I can come up with.
