I have to trash the drive in my CT-20c, which I've had for about 4.5
years. It was about 4 Megs short of being full. It appears there's a fault
on an outside track. When my //c wouldn't recognize the CT-20c I sent it
back to Sequential. They tried to fix it but ended up just doing a
low-level reformat and sending it back and charging me something like $30
for the "service" (plus the money I had to shell out to UPS). After I
restored from backup the drive seemed to work for about a week, then the
directory structure started disappearing piece by piece and I was back
where I was before. I didn't contact Sequential again.

My questions are: 

Do I have to use another 20Meg SCSI drive or can I go larger? 20 Megs are
kind of hard to find. Is there an on-board ROM that has to be changed or
some wiring that has to be done if I want to go out and buy a new
differently-sized drive on my own? Where can I buy CSU since Chinook is
history? It didn't come with the drive when I bought it from Quality. (I
recall fighting with them, insisting on ProSel-8 instead of some schlock
they were bundling.)
