Speaking of beta printer drivers, I came across a shareware beta driver
for the LaserJet II. This driver is INCREDIBLY fast! I can actually
reach 8 page per minute on my LaserJet III. The biggest shortcoming of
this product is that it will not print graphics (at least the version I
downloaded), but it will work with TrueType fonts. The speed of this
driver puts Harmonie to shame. :)

Does anyone know who wrote this driver? All I can remember is that the
programmer lives in Canada, and I think the name "Heath" is part of his
name. The driver is $15 shareware, and I would like to register it so
that maybe I could get the newest version. Also, I would need to know
what the best way to pay the author is, since I live in the US.

The driver first appeared some months ago on comp.binaires.apple2. A
couple of days after I downloaded it, I uploaded it grind and cco.
