Well, I thought Belgorath was root on belgo.winternet.com, and since
you seem to have access to several systems as root, I thought an
overall root ban would be very nice indeed.

An authorized bot is one with an e-mail address that equals
rbraun@Hopper.ITC.Virginia.EDU or has been specifically authorized by
me. Don't hesitate to ask for authorization! I am willing to give it
provided the bot is good.
