Unlike binscii, the sections must be put back together in order and
only the characters from the begin line to the end line can be in the
concated file.

So if:

---- cut here ---
begin
blah
blah
blah
end
---- cut here ---

the put together file would go from begin to end, and in order if
multiple segments.
