GS TrueType to Windoze??

There have been several threads here in the past regarding importing
Mac and PeeCee TrueType fonts to the GS. I need to move a couple of 
public domain fonts from my GS to my PeeCee to use in ClarisWorks for
Windoze. I have CrossWorks, so actually moving the files is no problem.

How do I get the fonts into  a form MS-DOS will understand? (I believe
GS TrueTypes are stuck in resource forks, correct?)
