I asked at the time 6.0.1 was released, and Dave Lyons said that there
would not be a publicly available 6.0.1 Golden Master CD-ROM.  There
was probably an internal and/or developer one, but I doubt it would
have included all the bonus material that was on the 6.0 CD-ROM.
