: I think that small flash is worth being able to multitask, especially
: at 14Mhz/64k SRAM :)
Not if:
* The Manager does not handle GNO, one of the best applications out there for
GS, and Switch It does gracefully.
* The way The Manager handles 320-mode applications. When running 2
applications, the background application almost always have the wrong colour
palette. Switch It will hide any background applications, so the look-and
-feel will be identical to the normal GS.
* The Manager cannot handle as many applications as Switch It, since it does
not share stack. Even Multi-GS which perform multitasking (I have never
tried multitasking on either btw), it has stack sharing.
But what I DO like about The Manager:
* It integrates into Finder rather well, unlike Switch It or Multi-GS.
Anybody know any features about the rumoured new The Manager?
