Disregard folks,
 
        A few minutes later I went back through all my options in the control
panel.  SOMEHOW under Option: Display Language it was U.S.A. but under the
Keyboard Layout: it was German!!!!!  I am now wondering if one of the programs
I was playing with changed this!!  This is a GERMAN UG CD!!  :)  I swear I
didn't change anything and a I was unpacking and running several programs!
Anyone else run into this?  :)  Nice little trick huh!
