	I am currently building an EPROM Programmer for use with my Apple II.
It's two parts - the card itself is only a bunch of i/o ports, so that
the programmer part can be used with my IBM also. I got most of the tech
info from two Byte Circuit Cellar articles (mentioned above). The issues
are Feb. 85 and October 86. My programmer isn't anything fancy, and it 
hasn't been too hard to build, but it does require some electronics 
experience. I could probably be convinced to post or mail a schematic once
it is finished...
