Of course, there is also MultiGS.  Has all the best parts of The
Manager and SwitchIt (not tested it with GNO yet).  Call it The Manager
with stakc sharing and no Bank0 limit.  And it's $25 shareware, I
am really surprised more people haven't played with this yet.
