RAMFast, Slot 7, Appletalk?

A quick question, the answer to which has eluded me for a couple of
days:
With a ROM 01 IIgs running 6.0.1, how do I use my RAMFast and
simultaneously activate Appletalk? If I put RAMFast (3.01C) in
slot 7, it seems that I need "your card" selected in order to boot
from my SCSI drive. True? Of course, that precludes loading
Appletalk, because 6.0.1 gripes unless the C.P. settings indicate
AT is enabled... Am I overlooking something simple?
