Absolutely. .... Except, maybe for those really annoying people who type 
one sentence but feel strangely compelled to quote 5 paragraphs out of the 
previous person's message. 

WASTING that PRECIOUS RESOURCE *bandwidth*, USING UP my daily ALLOTMENT of 
ATTENTION SPAN, leaving me none for alt.binaries.pictures.models.with.pets,
and in general, going about blithley causing the DOWNFALL of the WHOLE 
ENTIRE INTERNET which is due to IMPLODE real soon now. All because of PEOPLE
LIKE YOU, who JUST DON'T CARE.
