My experience so far is very mixed. The 65816-14 is in the ZipGS along 
with 45ns SRAM and it all works at 8MHz. But if I put a 40MHz crystal in 
the screen stays in checker-board. With a 48MHz crystal the checker-board 
is coloured (LoRes) and has flecks flashing through it. 
Time to get new crystals or do I *really* have to replace the TTL gates 
to get to 10MHz? I wouldn't think it would be that critical, but then 
<shrug>....   *<8o)X
